The collaboration supports Baltyk 2 and Baltyk 3’s commitment to ensuring a safe working environment and providing immediate access to professional medical care for all employees working far from shore.

This rapidly growing sector demands unique capabilities, as operating at sea requires more than just medical expertise. It calls for certified offshore professionals who can work safely under pressure, adapt to complex environments, and collaborate seamlessly in international teams.

“Our paramedics bring exactly that,"
said Katarzyna Czajka, CEO of Falck in Poland.
"With extensive experience from Poland's State Emergency Medical Services system, including Emergency Departments, and additional competencies from rescue operations, our teams are trained and ready to deliver critical care wherever it is needed—including far out at sea.”

Falck’s certified offshore paramedics will be stationed on-site, providing around-the-clock medical readiness and acting as first responders to ensure a highly qualified medical presence is always available.

"It is important for us that we create a safe and secure working environment. The establishment of this medical support is another important step to increase safety for the many employees working on our offshore wind farms in Poland,"
said Daniel Pochranowicz, Health & Safety Manager at Falck Medycyna.
