About the job

Talent Acquisition is high on the agenda at Falck, and we have multiple projects and an exciting journey ahead of us. As our Student Assistant, you will experience a variety of tasks as you will:

  • Support on data gathering and measuring our talent acquisition activities
  • Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders across our global organisation
  • Assist on global projects, e.g. employer branding initiatives and recruitment system implementation
  • Compile information and prepare presentations in PowerPoint
  • Prepare posts for social media to create awareness of job opportunities

The hours will range from 12-15 hours per week on average, and we will of course be particularly flexible during exam periods.

About you

We are looking for a curious, entrepreneurial and collaborative Student Assistant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, which is spearheading our ambitions to attract, recruit and onboard candidates who can turn care into action. As this is a Student Assistant role, you are:

  • Enrolled at a university, or relevant academic school
  • Majoring/minoring in Communications, Marketing, Language, or similar
  • Speak and write English effortlessly, as your daily interactions will be in English
  • A well-versed PowerPoint user and preferably have some experience in Excel as well

About us

The Global Talent Acquisition team currently consists of Global Employer Branding Specialist and Global Head of Talent Acquisition whom you will be working very closely with. You will also collaborate with colleagues in Global People & Culture, Global Communications and Talent Acquisition Specialists across Falck’s 26 offices, depending on the projects and tasks you support.
