About the job
You will support various tasks – some project-based, some ad hoc – primarily in Ambulance Excellence, but also in the larger Group Commercial department.
As part of broader Group Commercial, Falck’s Ambulance Excellence team is on a mission to implement and support the best possible ambulance service. With operational and commercial curiosity, we bridge local operations and global functions, with open minds and positive outlooks.
You will work closely together with the team on a range of tasks related to operational and commercial excellence within Ambulance. Examples are data analysis, implementation tracking and follow-up, facilitation, updating reports, and change management. In doing so, you will interact with several internal stakeholders, so it is essential that you thrive in being proactive and diving into operational settings.
Specific tasks will change over time, and it’s an excellent opportunity to try out several different disciplines. Your interests and feedback will guide your assigned tasks, and we will work closely together to ensure you develop useful skills and competencies.
You will report to Jakob Glibstrup Gaardsted, who works as a Transformation Manager in Ambulance Excellence. There will be close collaboration with Jakob, as well as with the broader Ambulance Excellence and Commercial team.
This student position is approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility to make room for study and work.
About you
Your positive, self-driven, and willingness-to-learn approach will be the most critical criteria for this job. There will be plenty of support for you, so utilizing this, while also being able to work independently, is key.
You have an interest in the healthcare and ambulance industry and want to contribute with specific ideas and opportunities to improve current operations. The Ability to dissect a problem into smaller components and communicate this effectively is a key skill we are looking for.
Having some ad hoc and other more project-based tasks is a balance you are comfortable with.
Other desired qualifications include:
- You are currently studying for a master’s degree or close to the end of your bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flair for PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable with some degree of data analysis
- Interested in Commercial and Operational excellence
