About the job
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the Executive Office and Corporate Development & Affairs, assisting with analyses related to various projects and initiatives, supporting activities related to the Board of Directors, and contributing to process improvements. The position offers valuable exposure to key strategic processes, corporate governance structures, and senior management interactions - providing an excellent foundation for your future career.
The role is based at Falck Headquarters in Copenhagen, with an expected workload of 15–20 hours per week. Flexibility will be offered around exam periods.

As a Student Assistant, you will:
- Support the preparation of materials and presentations for the Board of Directors and its committees
- Conduct analyses and prepare supporting material for decision-making
- Assist in the coordination of executive-level processes and meetings
- Perform practical support tasks, such as booking meetings, ordering catering, and assisting with event logistics
- Contribute to internal communication efforts
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Business Partner to the Chief of Staff/Head of Corporate Development & Affairs, providing support on a wide range of tasks
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, or a related field, with strong academic performance
- Is curious, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow
- Has strong analytical skills
- Is comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel
- Has good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Thrives in a high-paced environment and shows a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
