Key Responsibilities:
- ML Solutions Development: Assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models for business applications including time-series forecasting, demand prediction, and resource optimization. Use Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, Prophet, and TensorFlow to build robust ML solutions.
- Model Development: Conduct comprehensive analysis on historical patterns, resource utilization, and operational metrics. Develop and validate predictive models that directly impact business decision-making and operational efficiency.
- End-to-End ML Pipeline: Participate in the full ML lifecycle from data pre-processing and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment. Create interactive dashboards and applications to visualize predictions and insights.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to integrate ML solutions. Propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges while contributing to improving patient care and operational efficiency.

About you
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program with a focus on Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python with experience in ML libraries such as XGBoost, PyTorch, Tensorflow/Keras, Prophet, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen curiosity about recent advances in the field, and the ability to apply innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Databricks platform for collaborative ML development and data engineering.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and CI/CD for ML projects.
- Demonstrated Projects & Contributions - a portfolio showcasing examples of your work is highly valued.
