Student Assistant - Data, Insights & AI team

Falck’s Data, Insights & AI team is on a mission to empower employees across our global organization to build and use simple digital solutions that create real business value. We’re looking for a proactive and curious Student Assistant to join our Digital Enablement team, with a focus on platform operations, analytics, and adoption support. You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI, supporting the day-to-day operations of our tools while also helping track and share adoption insights. At the same time, you’ll contribute to internal communities, learning activities, and communication that inspire colleagues to use digital solutions.

This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage technical expertise in data analytics, governance, and operational support, alongside strategic communication capabilities such as knowledge transfer, data-driven storytelling, and community engagement, all contributing to the acceleration of Falck's digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities 

 Platform Administration & Operations

  • Assist with operational oversight for Power Platform tenant configurations, license allocations, and user access management. 
  • Curate and update administrative documentation and internal knowledge base articles. 
  • Deliver Tier 1/2 technical support and incident resolution for end-users experiencing platform-related issues. 

Analytics & Adoption Tracking 

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports within Power BI to monitor solution usage, license consumption patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform adoption. 
  • Contribute to the analysis and synthesis of platform adoption metrics for executive briefings and community communications. 
  • Articulate data-driven narratives and visualizations demonstrating business value and impact derived from adoption insights. 

Community & Learning Support 

  • Support internal help sessions, webinars, and digital communities on low-code apps, automation, data, and AI. 
  • Assist in curating learning materials, guides, and success stories for business users. 
  • Contribute to communication activities that promote adoption and inspire colleagues. 

This role gives you the opportunity to: 

  • Gain hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and AI tools; 
  • Learn how to measure and communicate adoption of digital solutions in a global setting;   
  • Contribute to both the technical backbone and the community engagement that drive Falck’s digital transformation.

About you

What we’re looking for 

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power BI, or similar tools at the minimum basic level   
  • Organized and comfortable with recurring processes and cross-team coordination.  
  • Someone who is proactive, analytical, and motivated to work across both technical and communication tasks;   
  • Strong analytical skills with interest in turning data into actionable insights. 
  • Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s (last year preferable) or Master’s study programme (e.g. IT, data science, business, digitalization) with at least 1.5 years left to study. 
  • English fluency required (Danish is a plus, not required); 
  • Available 15–20 hrs/week, flexible around study commitments.
