​Global Procurement in Falck:

​To unlock Falck’s full potential and execute our Care for More ’27 strategy, we are investing significantly in transforming Global Procurement into a strategic business partner taking full ownership of our global spend of +3 billion DKK across +13.000 suppliers. With this investment, we will ensure that we fully leverage our supply chain globally by driving impact through execution of sourcing strategies, implementation of sustainable sourcing practices, and incorporating excellence into processes and systems.

As a Procurement Analyst, you will:  

  • Assist and drive tenders and negotiations on a global scale across all spend categories  
  • Leverage eSourcing tools and AI to support tenders, negotiations and presentations 
  • Facilitate performance and senior management reporting 
  • Create compelling presentations with crisp storylines and graphics  
  • Contribute to procurement and category strategy work 
  • Support on implementation of global procurement policies and standards 
  • Assist in change management and communicational activities  

The student position is a 15-20 hours per week, with a high degree of flexibility to make room for your studies. 

About you

We are looking for a candidate who is currently a student in a Business, Supply Chain, or IT-related area and has the ambition to turn the student position into a full-time employment when studies are completed.  

You are: 

  • Eager to learn and take responsibility  
  • Always ready to take up a challenge and grow your skills and interests 
  • Motivated to build a strong project management competence 
  • Able to communicate well and professionally across cultures 
  • Eager to develop finding it easy to reach out for feedback and support  
  • Working in a structured manner and have an independent approach to your work 
  • Thriving with people, processes, and technology 
  • Already familiar with GPT, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ready to learn more 
  • Fluent in written and verbal English 

It would be a bonus if you have experience from a similar student assistant job.
