The New Markets unit is dedicated to expanding our services internationally, bringing our expertise to new countries. With reference to the Head of Business Development Office, you will be responsible for the framework and structure around proposals, ensuring a strong and clear value proposition, tying together high-quality graphics design and a storytelling that captivates your audience. You will also support the development of team processes and materials, driving best-in-class activities along with the rest of the team working with the sales process within our Business Development Office.

The right fit for the role is an ideal combination of pragmatic go-do attitude and skilled professionalism in technical proposal writing. You should have a curious mindset towards change and development in a global context and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Written communication is a core competence, and you thrive in a team that collaborates and succeed as a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and implement strong value propositions in customer proposals and presentations, conveying complex information clearly and engagingly
  • Build, design, and write proposals and customer presentations that resonate with our clients, both visually and verbally
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues to lead customer deliveries effectively
  • Develop creative customer materials where customer and citizens needs are centric
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all customer materials
  • Support the onboarding of new team members to commercial processes

About you

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in navigating complex, politically driven sales processes, while also possessing a professional mindset and methodology from business-to-business (B2B) sales. We imagine you have extensive experience managing commercial customer proposals, preferably in the outsourcing industry (e.g., healthcare, IT, FM, or consulting). Additionally, specialised experience in government proposals and/or healthcare writing is an advantage.

In addition to the above, you:

  • Are proficient in using PowerPoint and Word at an advanced level
  • Are fluent in English verbally and written, including grammar and style
