About the job
- Managing the consolidation, validation, and presentation of quality, risk and safety data effectively.
- Register, analyze and report trends based on quality, risk and safety data.
- Audit Management: Create monthly and quarterly performance reports on status of audits and findings, to ensure audits and findings are addressed and closed-out in due time.
- Supervising and maintaining the Global Quality, Risk & Safety team's PowerBI platform and SharePoint sites.
- Coordinating administrative duties including scheduling meetings and organizing facility bookings, with a predominant focus on tasks related to the roll-out and implementation of the global safety strategy.
- Keeping an overview and organize training with Business Units and local continuous training setup.
- Undertaking ad-hoc assignments related to Global Quality, Risk and Safety as required.
About you
Preferably education within the field of data science or analytics, computer science or information technology or similar.
Technical experience in use of PowerBI and data structures. Experience in presenting complex data structures. Experience with the use of AI.
