About the job

We are focused on building scalable operations that swiftly meet our customers' needs while upholding the high standards of quality and commitment to delivering best-in-class services that rep-resents Falck in every way. The Project lead role is a new function where you will be responsible for program de-sign, planning, reporting while leading the newly established project team and its pro-grams in close collaboration with the Senior Commercial Director of New Markets and the rest of the leadership team.

We are seeking someone experienced in fast-track mobilization for major customer programs. It is crucial that you can effectively build and lead teams and create efficient designs to ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in spearheading new initiatives and programs, potentially expanding activities to various countries.  

Furthermore, the role entails developing an excellent model for business development programs cross markets, offering operational insights, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. Strong internal and external stakeholder management is crucial to succeed with the deliverables.  

As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for:  

  • Building program governance to develop frameworks, processes, and standards for successful program execution. 
  • Planning and monitoring programs, developing and operating overall project plans, including external deliveries. 
  • Managing internal and external resources, including fully allocated resources and external consultants. 
  • Continuously optimize governance and processes to adapt to evolving needs and challenges. 
  • Leading program reporting, supporting reviews, steer-co meetings, and board presentations. 
  • Engaging with diverse leadership teams and supporting cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Overseeing and leading the Project team. 

About you

Our next employee comes with a proven PMO background with managing commercial programs and supporting business development and / or transformation projects in an international setting. In addition, we imagine that you have:

  • +8 years of progressive experience in program management roles. 
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with international teams or working in multicultural environments. 
  • Preferred experience in the outsourcing industry, particularly within Healthcare, IT or related sectors. 
  • Possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of commercial dynamics. 
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated orientation towards embracing change and fostering development. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with a track record of building strong professional relationships. 
  • Proficient in analytical thinking, with a keen attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in decision-making processes.
