About the job
This is not your typical product role. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering digital products that matter—products that help our customers live healthier, more balanced lives.
Your primary focus will be the day-to-day management of our digital health products and offerings. You’ll ensure stable operations, manage updates and feature development, and solve challenges as they arise (digital and physical). You’ll be the go-to person for getting things done.
At the same time, you’ll take part in shaping the bigger picture. You’ll define product direction, set goals, and align with senior stakeholders. You’ll track performance and report results to management, helping steer the product performance with data and insight.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the daily operations of our digital health products
- Lead the development and rollout of new features, improvements, and services
- Own the product roadmap, manage dev and operational budgets, and drive performance against KPIs
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, and keep quality high
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Sales, Customer Service, Physicians, IT, Legal, Marketing, Digital, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather feedback and insights from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions
- Define product strategy and priorities in collaboration with Commercial Management
- Report on product performance and progress to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape—balancing needs, expectations, and ambitions
About you
You’re not just experienced—you’re pragmatic, curious, and deeply motivated to improve health through smart digital solutions.
You bring:
- Solid experience in digital product development and ownership, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based services
- A proven track record from a start-up, scale-up, or working with new digital initiatives in a large organization
Strong operational focus—you’re comfortable with managing digital products day-to-day while keeping things moving forward - Great stakeholder management skills—you know how to align interests and maintain momentum, engaging with a broad range of disciplines
- A good understanding of UX and usability principles, and how to apply them in real products
- Fluency in Danish—spoken and written

- Comfortable navigating complexity and balancing multiple priorities
- A confident communicator across all levels—from developers to directors
