About the job
This role sits at the intersection of technical execution, third-party partner collaboration, and Oracle core system configuration. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements and technical blueprints into tangible global system configurations, while also managing the technical aspects of the program delivery through our integration partners. Your ability to manage technical risks, coordinate complex cutover activities, and ensure post-go-live stability will be key to the program's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, lead and manage the third-party partner responsible for system integration, data conversion, and quality assurance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with program goals
- Oversee the end-to-end Oracle ERP system configuration process, translating blueprint requirements into accurate and stable configurations while managing country-specific variations and changes following ITIL best practices
- Coordinate and execute program-wide technical activities, including seamless cutover from legacy systems and providing robust hypercare support post-go-live to ensure continuous operations and system stability
- Manage program risks, issues, and decisions (RAID) in collaboration with the third-party partner and internal teams, serving as the central communication point for technical and configuration status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure the operational stability and performance of the configured Oracle ERP system and its integrations, monitoring SLAs and driving bug resolution and change management processes effectively
About you
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementation programs, preferably with Oracle ERP
- Extensive experience managing third-party system integrators or vendors responsible for technical delivery (integration, data conversion, testing)
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ERP system configuration, including translating business requirements into detailed configurations and managing country-specific variations
- Experience with managing technical program activities such as cutover planning and execution, and providing post-go-live hypercare support
- Solid understanding and practical experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change Management) related to ERP system operations and configuration management
- Experience managing program risks, issues, and decisions (RAID) and reporting status to stakeholders
- Experience monitoring system performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, vendor management experience, and deep knowledge of Oracle ERP configuration and operations. You should be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and capable of working effectively with diverse technical and business teams. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on Falck's future operational landscape.
