HRIS Transformation Lead

You will work closely with Global and Local People & Culture, as well as our Digital Technology teams, to implement and oversee the successful deployment of our new HRIS solution.

We are currently implementing a new Global HRIS system, Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling best practice processes across our global scope. You will play a critical role, focusing on delivering operational excellence on a day-to-day basis and building a scalable and efficient HRIS setup globally. You will be part of the core team as a main driver for accelerating the digital employee journey at Falck.

This entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. Your expertise in HRIS systems and implementation projects will be crucial in driving the project forward and ensuring its alignment with our organisational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of our HRIS transformation project, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide input to change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new HRIS systems, collaborating with our Change Management Lead on the implementation project
  • Contribute to design and configuration choices of our HRIS system, ensuring alignment with best practices and global design principles
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, to analyze system and process enhancements en-suring smooth integrations with other enterprise systems used by e.g. People & Culture, Digital Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders
  • Ensure a framework for data integrity and accuracy within our HRIS system, implementing data governance practices and security measures
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our HRIS system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements or upgrades
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology

About you

The ideal candidate for this position likely holds a degree in Human Resource Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with proven experience in driving HRIS implementation and transformation projects. You should possess strong knowledge of HR processes and system modules, including HR core, recruiting, and talent management. Experience with large HRIS solutions, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar, is essential.

Additionally, you demonstrate excellent project management and organisational skills, along with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset focused on delivering business value through scalable and sustainable solutions is important. While comfort with system configuration and data migration tasks is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Experience with HRIS vendors and external consultants is also a plus.
