About the job
This role is start-up like! In fact, the ink is still a bit wet on the sign-off of the Global Talent Acquisition Roadmap, and we are in the starting block on the journey towards harmonising our processes, data and ways of working at Falck. We go live with our first global HCM and ATS (Oracle) in November, and you will thus help us shape Talent Acquisition, and the system, processes and data we have in this space as you will:
- Project manage global recruiting and employer branding initiatives, e.g. candidate experience, assessment tools, recruiting vendor initiatives
- Co-drive the global Talent Acquisition metrics and KPI design and implementation, incl. reporting standards, weekly reporting, mitigating actions, and measuring talent preferences
- Co-drive the ATS functional implementation and recurring functional trouble-shooting after go live
- Coordinate annual wheel activities, e.g. recurring LinkedIn and third-party coordination
- Contribute to the design of global standards and global process implementation and improvement
- Contribute to the Global Talent Acquisition Community with advisory and training
In short, you will drive initiatives independently - but always in close collaboration with stakeholders in e.g. the business, Digital Technology, Communications and local People & Culture to harvest the desired benefits.
About you
We are looking for a colleague with 3-6 years of broad experience within Talent Acquisition, particularly with solid ATS experience and working with Talent Acquisition metrics implementation. Analytical skills and process understanding is key - and not least the ability to seamlessly connect and engage with colleagues across Falck.
Also, strong communication skills in English are essential as English is our corporate language.
