About the job
We are on an interesting journey at Falck, as we will soon go live with our very first global HCM and ATS. You will play a key role here in driving our foundational effort to develop a global approach and concept for global pre and onboarding and thus be driving parts of the Global Talent Acquisition Roadmap.
You will:
- Project manage the development and implementation of a global pre & onboarding concept
- Ensure ongoing assessments of the pre and onboarding process in our new Oracle HCM and ATS
- Scope and implement global pre & onboarding metrics
- Develop and update pre & onboarding materials, aligning with our Communications Standards
- Expand SME expertise in pre & onboarding and retention, e.g. through the Global TA Community
- Align local and global ways of working for further harmonisation and development
You will be able influence a key process in the employee journey and leave your mark both at the global and local level as your stakeholder landscape extends to countries in Europe, the US, Latam and beyond. Your ability to seamlessly knit together global insights and local needs is therefore very important in this role.
About you
We are looking for a colleague with +5 years of experience within People & Culture or the Talent Acquisition space.
You demonstrate experience in project management, concept development, process mapping and the use of insights for improvement and development.
Strong communication skills in English is key, and experience in bridging local and global needs is a plus.
