Your responsibilities
- Conduct investigations of potential fraud, harassment, violence, theft, bribery, conflicts of interest, etc.
- Assign cases to local investigators and supervise their work to ensure quality and compliance
- Prepare reports for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors
- Ensure adherence with the EU Whistleblower Directive and other relevant regulations
- Be an ambassador for Falcks Speak Up culture and enhancing awareness of our whistleblower system “Falck Alert” through campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives
About you
The person we are looking for has a background within investigations, compliance, audit, risk management, international relations, business, finance, law, or similar. The most important is your drive for conducting internal investigations and safeguarding compliance and integrity.
Required qualifications:
- Competence in working independently, take initiative and navigate in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Proficient in managing highly sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Attentive to details, but with a holistic mindset
- Critical thinker who validates information
- Fluency in English (additional language skills, especially Danish, is an asset)
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with internal investigations and working with whistleblower cases
- Certification from ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) or a similar accreditation would be a plus
About us
You will be part of a small, but highly competent and dedicated independent investigations team that is part of the Global Legal & Compliance department.
Your new team manage Falcks whistleblower system “Falck Alert” and oversee all investigations globally in Falck within suspected fraud, violence, theft, discrimination, harassment, etc. directly or via local investigators.
We emphasise the importance of having a great working environment and regularly organise social events.
