About the job
As a member of the Finance Data & Insights team, you will play a key role in our roadmap initiatives by:
- Understanding financial processes and the strategic roadmap for implementing a financial steering model and a financial data warehouse
- Building and maintaining reporting tools, ensuring financial reports are accurate and up to date
- Translating complex Finance requirements into technical specifications
- Acting as a vital liaison between stakeholders in Finance and the technical data warehouse team and supporting the sourcing, extraction, and standardization of ERP data
- Actively identifying and supporting the resolution of deviations in solutions impacting Finance
- Supporting the implementation by assisting with solution documentation, testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new reporting solutions by Finance stakeholders
About you
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience – with a strong interest or experience in finance processes, financial data, or performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in documenting requirements and translating them into technical specifications, ideally within a data warehousing or reporting context
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both finance professionals and technical teams on complex data initiatives
- Experience developing reports, particularly using Power BI for financial data modelling and reporting
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment focused on key strategic deliverables
- A keen interest in finance technology, data analytics, and performance management concepts (like EPM)
- Experience working with diverse cultures and understanding customer needs (internal finance stakeholders)
- A master’s degree preferably in finance, economics, or business
- Fluent in English, Nordic languages are a plus but not compulsory
