About the job
As a member of the Business Finance Global Functions team, your role will involve:
- Monthly reporting on cost and performance to CFO and IT management and Strategic Project owners.
- Actively participating in and contributing to the continuous improvement of the performance management process.
- Providing support to initiatives and projects by offering relevant insights, financial support, and steering.
- Supporting and driving the quarterly forecasting process.
- Participating in ad-hoc projects and analyses, as well as preparing decision material and recommendations for management.
- Developing and refining analysis and business intelligence tools to continuously improve data transparency and enhance understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
About you
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong combination of finance and business acumen, as well as excellent communication skills. You should approach your work in a structured manner, maintain an analytical mindset, and strive to understand business performance beyond just the numbers. Furthermore, you should be outgoing, a team player, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience – preferably coming from a similar analytical or partnering role in a large corporation or from consultancy
- Strong understanding of financial management as well as strong financial analytical and modelling skills
- An analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving focusing on the key underlying value drivers
- Strong business acumen with a natural ability to put findings into a strategic and holistic perspective.
- Good communication and people skills, enabling you to cooperate and communicate across different organizational levels and cultures
- A high level of integrity and trustworthiness, that lets you handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to support the above
Experience from working with data and business intelligence tools is an advantage - A master’s degree preferable in finance, economics, or business
Fluent in English, Nordic languages are a plus but not compulsory

About us
Business Finance Global Functions provides insights and support optimal decision making for our Global Functions incl. IT and strategic projects. The team plays a key role in the overall cost management in Falck and is thus a key anchor between various Global Functions in Falck. The team consists of 6 dedicated people, and our key focus is helping the Global Functions to develop, have an impact and at the same time have a fun time doing so. We have a dynamic work environment, and the tone is informal and down to earth.
