About the job
You will primarily manage tasks for our Nordic entities, where you will have your own fixed responsibilities while also providing backup for other tasks within the department. Your responsibilities will be diverse and wide-ranging – from supporting traditional bookkeeping tasks to accounting, financial analyses, and various ad-hoc assignments, including delivery, process, and system development.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivery Controller tasks: Ensuring delivery against our KPIs, including working with development, training, and support for our outsourcing partner and the business.
AP Controller tasks. - Month-end closing: Contributing to month-end closing for selected entities.
- Global responsibility: Managing global responsibility for travel and expense processes.
- Audit support: Providing materials for internal and external audits.
- Project participation: Acting as a project participant and independently identifying improvements, as well as contributing to the development of our deliveries and processes.
About you
We envision that you hold a relevant economic degree (e.g., Cand.Oecon., Cand.Merc., HD, or equivalent) and have experience within accounting.
As a person, you are positive, energetic, and possess strong collaboration skills that contribute to a positive team spirit. You are flexible and can manage periods of fluctuating workload in connection with development projects and financial reporting. You maintain a high professional standard and work in a focused manner without compromising quality and deadlines. Your analytical skills are sharp, and you are capable of making independent decisions within your area of responsibility. You are an effective communicator and thrive with a broad range of stakeholders.
You have a natural interest and aptitude for IT. Knowledge of Oracle, Basware, and Acubiz is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are professionally proficient in English, and knowledge of other languages such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, or Spanish is a plus.

About us
You will become part of our Global Procure to Pay team, which consists of 10 dedicated colleagues. The team is responsible for the daily operations and end-to-end development of the Procure to Pay process in close collaboration with our outsourcing partner. We are actively standardizing and optimizing our processes, rolling out a new Oracle ERP system, developing robotics, and outsourcing activities.
