Commercial Project Manager

This role is perfect for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive and proven commercial acumen, ideally from a B2C setting. Whether you've helped build and launch products in a start-up or scale-up, or led commercial initiatives for digital products within a larger organization, you combine strategic thinking with effective project management.

This is a pivotal commercial role in Falck. You'll be responsible for driving the market success and delivery of our new digital offering, and for shaping and delivering future digital products that matter.

Your primary focus will be the commercial management and project oversight of our first fully digital healthcare offering to consumers. You'll ensure successful go-to-market strategies, manage project timelines for updates and feature development, and proactively address challenges (both commercial and operational). You'll be the go-to person for driving commercial outcomes and project execution. You'll track commercial performance and report results to senior management, helping steer the product's market success with data and insight.

At the same time, you'll play a key role in shaping the broader commercial strategy for our digital health portfolio in the future. 

What you'll do:

  • Drive the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for our current digital health product
  • Lead and manage timeline for the development and rollout of new features and improvements across the customer journey for our digital health product
  • Own the commercial roadmap and drive market performance against KPIs
    Collaborate extensively with internal teams (Customer Sales, Customer Service, Physicians, IT, Legal, Marketing, Digital, etc.) to ensure seamless commercial launch and service delivery across a large organization.
  • Gather market insights and user feedback to inform commercial product decisions and strategy.
  • Define commercial product strategy and priorities in close collaboration with Commercial Management.
  • Report on commercial product performance, project progress, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment and manage expectations across a complex stakeholder landscape, balancing commercial needs and organizational ambitions.
  • Be involved in expanding partnerships and B2B opportunities.

About you

You're not just experienced—you're pragmatic, curious, and deeply motivated to drive commercial success for health through smart digital solutions.

You bring:

  • Proven commercial and go-to-market experience, ideally from a B2C setting, with a track record of launching and growing digital products or services
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to successful delivery, ideally with some experience using agile methodologies
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience from larger organizations, adept at aligning diverse interests and driving consensus across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal).
  • A good basic understanding of digital products, ideally app-based
  • Strong operational focus—you're comfortable with managing commercial initiatives and digital products day-to-day while keeping things moving forward
  • Fluency in Danish—spoken and written
