Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Understanding business processes.
- Transforming business needs into technical requirements, creating backlog items, following up with technical team members on development, conducting initial technical testing procedures.
- Communication line to stakeholders across the business, challenging business needs and adhering to strategic direction.
- Provide guidance to the Product Owner/Product Manager and stakeholders regarding solutions.
- Test and verify solutions before UAT can be performed by business users.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Product Owner/Product Manager and stakeholders, explaining technical aspects, and ensuring seamless information flow among all parties.
- Identify and document any potential issues or risks in implementation of products or change requests, suggesting mitigative measures.
- Continually up-skill and stay updated with industry trends and technologies and nurture a culture of learning within the team.
- Analyze the analytics of our products' usage and performance, to proactively suggest improvements to our offering.
- Proactively challenge and engage stakeholders in defining their needs and requirements in detail.
Performance Indicators:
- Delivery of high-quality business requirements and functional specifications that meet stakeholder needs and objectives and is compliant within Digital Potential Strategy and target architecture.
- Effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business requirements.
- Successful implementation of technology solutions that improve business processes and deliver measurable value to the organization.
About you
Desirable Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years in business analysis or related roles with experience in analyzing business processes and requirements (mid-level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player, with a strong ability to work in a dynamic agile environment. Keen interest new developments in the tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in business analysis such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is advantageous.
