In the second rotation, you’ll gain a thorough a knowledge of our operations and our customers. You will be posted outside of Denmark to experience different cultures and departments. And you will work on a country-specific business project.
In the final rotation, you will explore a field of expertise in depth in or outside of Denmark. You will operate in a specialized field or position and work on a specialized project you will present to Executive Management.
Am I the ideal candidate?
There’s not one ideal candidate. Talent comes in many shapes, forms and colours. And so do our candidates.
That said, we do expect you to have graduated with a master’s degree in business, management, economics, IT or similar - as well as possess excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
We also expect you to be a strong team player with an analytical mindset and no more than two years of relevant work experience.
Deadline for application to the Falck graduate programme will be posted here.
We screen and evaluate all applications. If we select you, you will receive an invitation to complete a cognitive assessment.
Next, you’ll be asked to make a one-minute video to show us your personality, motivation and creativity.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a brief telephone interview with one of our colleagues.
The final step is assessment day at our HQ in Copenhagen. This will be a demanding day packed with fun and exercises where you get to show us your individual and team player skills. You will meet our colleagues from all over our locations and business units and learn more about Falck and the Falck graduate programme.
