Peter Bason joins Falck’s Board of Directors

At Falck’s annual general meeting today, Peter Bason, Head of Private Capital at KIRKBI A/S, was elected as a new member of Falck’s Board of Directors, succeeding Thomas Schleicher. Also stepping down from the board was Dorthe Mikkelsen, ending a long and valuable tenure.

Peter Bason brings extensive experience in strategy development, M&A, and long-term value creation. As Head of Private Capital at KIRKBI, he is responsible for a significant portfolio of direct and unlisted investments. His experience also includes broad global board work, and he currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Välinge Innovation and as a board member of Armacell International.
