The healthcare group Falck achieved revenue of DKK 2,983 million in the third quarter of 2025, which is a moderate increase compared to the same period last year. Organic growth was 3.1%, and the EBIT margin (before special items) rose to 4.7%.

The increase in revenue was primarily driven by the ambulance business and patient transport in Germany and Poland, and demand for healthcare services in Scandinavia also increased. In Latin America, demand for healthcare at home services also rose, and the number of subscribers in Colombia has grown to over 500,000. However, changes in exchange rates, primarily for the US dollar, negatively impacted revenue, just as changed travel patterns reduced demand for Falck's travel assistance.

Operating profit (EBIT before special items) rose to DKK 142 million from DKK 128 million in the same quarter last year. The increase is partly due to increased efficiency, which has compensated for higher salary costs and increased investments in sales in Latin America.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Falck will implement organisational changes to reflect the company's geographical strongholds in Europe, Scandinavia, Latin America, and the USA.

"For a period, we have invested significantly in the development of new healthcare solutions. Now we are changing the organisation so that we can better scale them. Falck's strategy remains firm, but we need to adapt the organisation to reduce complexity and deliver on our strategic and financial goals,"
states Jakob Riis, CEO of Falck.

For the financial year 2025, Falck expects organic growth of around 3%. The EBIT margin before special items is expected to be around 4%.
