A position at Falck Global Assistance is more than just a job, it is a chance to make a difference. Our people are out of the ordinary – we take pride in that. When you work at Falck Global Assistance, two days are never the same; one day you may be arranging emergency evacuation from an earthquake site in Kathmandu to the nearest secure area, and the next you might be organising onsite medical assistance to a rescue worker deployed in Madagascar. Regardless of the nature of the tasks we perform – be it big or small – we work to create a safer world for people travelling or working abroad.

Our people and work culture

Helping people is a part of the Falck DNA. We have been doing it for more than 110 years now. No matter what job title you have or which business area you belong to, the first impulse of any Falck employee is to help. Helpfulness is one of our six core values, which are deeply ingrained in all of our business, and it is visible in the way we work.

With our six core values as guiding principles of everything we stand for and how we conduct our business, the common characteristics of Falck Global Assistance employees around the world are helpfulness and empathy. 
To be able to stay proactive and flexible and deliver high service standards, people must feel empowered and balanced in their work life. Therefore, we conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys to feel the pulse of the general work environment, overall satisfaction as well as performance. 

No matter if you are a long-time employee or a new recruit, the learning curve never stops. To retain an effective and competent workforce, we put a lot of emphasis on that our experienced employees help train the newcomers.

Teamwork and knowledge sharing is key​

We work in dedicated teams and encourage teamwork and collaboration within own teams as well as cross-functional knowledge sharing. Teamwork and flexibility are key parameters in our job, however, we acknowledge the strengths of diversity and individuality. Therefore, to ensure personal and team development and high job satisfaction, frequent team meetings and individual appraisal interviews are an integrated part of the management toolbox.
