    Lifestar Response
    Established in 1975 as a family-run ambulance transportation business in Long Island, New York, LifeStar Response now supplies EMS services to people in seven states. The company operates more than 461 ambulances and other rescue vehicles, and has more than 400,000 EMS transports every year.

    Care Ambulance Service
    With over 40 years of experience, Care Ambulance Service operates more than 135 ambulances in Los Angeles County and Orange County in California. They work with public as well as private clients, and handle more than 190,000 transports annually.

    AccessOn Time
    Founded in 1998, AccessOnTime arranges logistical transportation and language services for the workers’ compensation insurance services industry. The company began by serving the Florida market and since 2001 has expanded its service area coverage nationwide. They support approximately 1,200 client organizations, and, during the last 12 months, arranged approximately 250,000 trips and 15,000 language/translation services.

    Falck Northern California (FNC\Verihealth) focuses on the greater Bay Area and surrounding Sacramento area. Falck NC will partner with public, private and non-profit customers to serve communities with high quality and technologically advanced services.

    Falck San Diego

    services the San Diego county non-emergency market. Falck San Diego services licensed care, acute care, and long term care facilities. Falck sets itself apart from other medical transport providers by delivering outstanding customer care and incorporating a family oriented feel throughout its employees.

    Falck Northwest
    Falck Northwest operates in the Puget Sound area with a focus on inter-facility transportation needs of hospitals, clinics and extended care facilities. Falck Northwest is trauma verified and licensed in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Falck Northwest’s goal is to provide our customers with prompt, professional and cost-effective medical transportation services.

    American Ambulance 
    Founded in 1964 American Ambulance serves 12 counties within the State of Florida.  The company provides customers a full range of transportation services, ambulatory, wheelchair, non-medical stretcher, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Specialty Care Transportation and Critical Care Transportation. American Ambulance expanded into Massachusetts in 2011. Cape Cod Ambulance is also part of the Falck Family in Massachusetts. Combined all entities operate a combined total of 215 vehicles and provide 280,000 medical transports annually.
