Falck often attracts the interest of the general public, the media, authorities and other stakeholders due to the nature of our services.

Falck endeavours to be an open organisation in order to ensure credibility in the performance of the Group. Any question that may arise from the media and the general public will be answered truthfully and as reasonably as possible.

Ethics
Falck always gives top priority to patients and is not prepared to provide information on patients’ condition, causes of fire, personal information or information on matters that may affect or hamper police investigations. Falck is not prepared to provide information on matters which should only be commented on by the public authorities.
