Roadside assistance

Falck's Assistance services for cars target both consumer and corporate clients. Almost all transport vehicles can receive assistance in case of an accident or breakdown: passenger cars and vans, bicycles, motorcycles, caravans, trucks, busses/taxis, trailers and boats.

Falck provides assistance if a clients car breaks down or is involved in an accident. In the majority of cases, Falck staff are able to repair the car on the spot. If that is not possible, Falck makes sure that the clients can continue on their journey and that the car is transported to the place requested by the client, e.g. to a repair shop.  

Falck provides assistance to its clients, no matter where in Europe their vehicle breaks down, be it Trondheim, Trouville, Turin, or Trieste. Through Falck Euro Service, an extensive network of national and local assistance companies act as partners to provide the right kind of assistance to clients in places where Falck does not have its own assistance vehicles.

Falck aims to ensure its clients enjoy the greatest possible degree of safety and security. Car service checks are offered regularly, so that clients can rely on their cars and not worry about breakdowns or other problems. And with Falck's safety equipment in the car, the client is prepared to assist themselves or others in the event of a traffic accident.

When a client is involved in a traffic accident, Falck offers professional assistance if the driver or the passengers suffer physical effects or experience mental problems as a result of the accident. Falck also provides legal assistance in the event of a dispute with the other party or the insurance company.
