Falck’s Assistance services ensure our clients the highest achievable level of security and peace of mind, either by preventing accidents or emergencies or by providing rapid and competent assistance if an accident does occur. Our services are often based on subscription packages aimed at private, corporate and public-sector clients.
Falck’s Assistance business is concentrated in the four Nordic countries – Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland – and in Estonia.
In all these countries, assistance services primarily target motorists, cars and homes.
Private citizens and the corporate sector can also make use of Falck’s assistance and services for buildings, health and travel.
In 2006, more than 1.1 million private clients subscribed to one or more of Falck’s Assistance services, along with 125,000 public-sector institutions and private companies.
