Falck Takes Full Control of Grupo EMI

​Falck acquires the remaining 36.9% of the shares of Grupo EMI and takes full ownership of Colombia’s leading provider of pre-hospital medical care.

CEO of Falck Emergency, Jakob Bomholt, says:

​Falck acquires the shares from Tribeca Homecare Fund that has been its long-term partner since 2007. The acquisition took effect on 19 October 2017.
